Overview
The Fiduciary Officer collaborates with the relationship team to provide fiduciary services to high net worth clients with a focus on relationship expansion and retention. Consults on estate and tax planning, wealth transfer, and asset management needs. Implements and fulfills the provisions of legal and estate planning documents. Collaborates with team to identify planning and revenue opportunities driven by client goals, needs, financial situations, and family dynamics. Demonstrates discretion and effective judgement in managing complex and sensitive relationships. Supports client service delivery and operational management in all assigned relationships. May mentor and provide advice to fiduciary associates and team members through a strong knowledge of fiduciary norms. #LI-MP1 Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning or Financial Planning OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning or Financial Planning Preferred Area of Experience: Trust or Legal Preferred License or Certification Type: National Trust School, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Skill(s): Accomplished level of financial or fiduciary and estate planning skills, Demonstrated relationship management skills., Demonstrated discovery skills., Strong communication skills., Demonstrated teamwork skills.
