Job Description This Business Architect Lead Consultant opportunity will support the Allstate Distribution Sales Leaders. The purpose of this role is to develop and drive solutions forward that allow our organization to reach its goals by partnering with technology, business stakeholders and user experience. You will be the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders. Your skills as a self-starter and ability to both uncover and drive the change forward will be essential. This role requires somebody who can evaluate and uncover current opportunities, influence and lead the strategic development of a solution, and drive the development and implementation of the solution alongside our tech, business and user experience partners. You will also be responsible for partnering across teams on data architecture and mapping, reporting, and designing and delivering AI solutions to improve the sales leader processes and experience. Prior experience in these areas is preferred. This role requires somebody who is not afraid to work in the gray, can think strategically, is extremely collaborative and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of how things are done today. Key Responsibilities * * Transition and evaluation of current state to future state to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance with MS Fabric utilization * AI exploration and development of alerts, follow-ups, real-time prompts, call transcription, documentation of consultations, teams and outlook integration * AI exploration and development of actionable insights to deliver to AllConsult users * Development of new measurements to capture the effectiveness of recommendations and insights delivered to AllConsult users * Data architecture and mapping to enable accurate agent and market views and trends * Identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture while adhering to design principles and user experience.
