Overview
Our retail/ecommerce client is looking for a Technical Project Manager. This is a full time, temp to perm position. Hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects related to the membership program, ensuring top priorities are lined up with upcoming releases and all stakeholders have necessary information.
- Work with business owners and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of features and functionalities, preventing missed deadlines.
- Utilize monday.com (or similar project management tools) to track progress, monitor tasks, and identify and address blockers.
- Conduct spontaneous technical checks and validation of programming setups, such as ensuring correct upsell messaging for members.
- Manage the promo process go-to-market execution, coordinating with merchandising and creative teams for assets and details.
- Validate creative assets and builds against requirements to ensure accuracy for homepage and reward center programming.
- Oversee strategic partnerships, ensuring smooth progress with vendors, marketplaces, and gifting platforms.
- Coordinate with legal teams for agreement reviews and sign-offs for strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with IT/SDS teams for integration setups related to partnerships. Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager role.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong functional and technical acumen, capable of validating programming setups and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience with project management tools; familiarity with monday.com is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with go-to-market execution, loyalty programs, or strategic partnerships is highly desirable. #LI-ES1
