Staffmark is eagerly searching for a Legal Assistant for a respected law firm in Nashville, TN. We need someone with a minimum of five years of legal assistant experience, who radiates positivity, has a willingness to learn new things, and strives to take ownership of responsibilities. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, notebooks, and spreadsheets.
  • Draft, review, and edit letters, reports, pleadings, and motions for accuracy and proper citation.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor relevant cases in other jurisdictions.
  • Manage calendars and assist with general administrative and case-related tasks as assigned.




Qualifications:



  • 5 years of legal assistant experience
  • Excellent skills in analysis, organization, research, writing, and communication
  • Proficiency in information systems including Word, Access, Excel, Westlaw and Lexis.
