Job Summary

We are currently hiring a National Director, Service, and Implementation to work with our Workforce Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to provide implementation leadership and account support for implementations and onsite accounts for new and existing business on a national level.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Act as project manager for onsite, large volume, or complex implementations, ensuring a successful start-up for new customers.
  • Performs analysis of any at risk accounts, determines appropriate actions and solutions, and works with the local teams to execute an implementation plan to retain or improve the account operations and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Troubleshoot compliance or operational discrepancies that affect the overall efficiency for and onsite account as needed.
  • Support teams with any process improvement strategies to improve KPI performance.
  • Consult with the field and leadership team on service delivery improvements.
  • Work with teams on analysis and preparation of partnership reviews.
  • Customize tools and reports as necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Development of tools and programs for company intranet to support onsite operations.
  • Development of tools to support large volume and strategic business.
  • Monitor onsite report performance trends.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of customer presentations as needed.
