Production Worker

• Move and organize buggies full of mats to designated work areas.
• Inspect mats for quality - making sure each one meets our cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Operate the mat rolling machine safely and efficiently.
• Sort mats by size, color, and logo, and place them in the correct customer or route bins.
• Coordinate re-wash or extra drying time for mats that need a little more attention.
• Track inventory, report shortages, and communicate any quality or equipment issues.
• Keep your workspace and shared areas clean, organized, and safe.

• 2 years of production experience and/or incentive pay scale - if you do go perm - will work on incentive pay per production. Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details.
• A reliable team player who can also work independently.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or production equipment
• Commitment to safety and following procedures at all times.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
