This is an exciting opportunity and time to join the global sales enablement team at Capital Group, as we embark on a transformation program to re-imagine our associates experience enabled through re-platforming our Salesforce CRM. "I can succeed as an Senior Digital Product Manager - leading the Enterprise CRM for Sales Enablement." As one of three senior managers, within a team of 20, reporting to the global head of sales enablement, you'll lead a small, experienced team through our transformation journey whilst overseeing business critical initiatives in our legacy platforms. As the Senior Product Manager for global, enterprise technologies across Sales Enablement, you understand Salesforce, financial services and associated compliance, resilience and regulatory matters that underpin business processes. You'll have experience overseeing business & operational requirements / impacts to participate and lead various strategic work efforts. You will partner with global IT, infosec, compliance, privacy, audit and business product teams, building relationships with senior stakeholders to lead and guide cross-functional meetings to drive the strategy that ensures a globally compliant, operationally efficient and resilient Sales Enablement ecosystem including Salesforce CRM. You will be empowered to lead agile product teams responsible for maintaining and developing global data & integration foundations with shared services for other product teams to leverage in line of business specific experiences. You will manage the relationship, budget and administration inc. access provisioning for multiple technology vendor licenses. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
