Monroe Savings Bank has proudly served South Jersey for over 150 years. As we modernize and expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Branch Supervisor to lead our 1712 S Black Horse Pike, Williamstown branch location. What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team of tellers and customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations with precision—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Coach and develop staff, fostering growth and accountability.
• Engage with the local community, build relationships, and identify business development opportunities.
• Champion Monroe’s values, balancing results with a personal, community-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience, including account opening (consumer & business).
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset—someone who sees challenges as opportunities.
• Business development experience is a plus, but initiative and drive matter most.
