GENERAL FUNCTION

The Lease Coordinator is responsible for efficiently coordinating all leasing activity for core stores across the Luxottica Retail North American portfolio (brands including LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Oakley, Pearle Vision, & Ray-Ban. The candidate must thrive in a fast pace, interactive, work environment functioning as a liaison between direct reports, clients, and customers. They must be able to multi-task and function fluidly between creative tasks and analytical functions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Responsible for preparing and sending sales packages as requested.
  • Responsible for preparing deal sheets for leasing representatives.
  • Facilitate lease agreement administration including: Accurately enter all lease agreements for approval, track approvals, and ensure that information is sent to legal for lease preparation.
  • Responsible for tracking flow of all aspects of deal from LOI- legal-construction-opening; Complete/sign all mandatory paperwork (emergency contact for, merchant manual, etc.); Maintain updated files and ensure files are keeping with auditing guidelines.
  • Performance and facilitate the monthly reconciliation process. Includes running and reviewing reports and advising of any issues.
  • Supporting accounting and reporting of status reports for leasing for respective territories



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Powerpoint
  • Superb organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to think through and develop processes and procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic, work environment.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active individual with a positive attitude.

  • Lease Interpretation or Real Estate background
  • SAP REM


Pay Range: 60,405.80-80,660.74

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
