Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Seattle, WA , 98108

Duration: 3 months assignment
Pay Rate: $44/hr on w2
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st 8:30 am to 4:30 pm


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes.
  • Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.
  • Drives overall people/talent plan and initiatives.
  • Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.
  • Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
  • Consults with management on staff selection.
  • Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.
  • Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non-union, manufacturing or business functions.


Reason for need:

  • Support multiple ET&T HR organizations
  • HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound.
  • Prefer former Boeing HR employees to help attrition / LOA coverage.


Must Haves:

  • Boeing experience is a must have
  • 10 years of related experience - HRBP (human resources business partner) related experience in a large multi-national/ enterprise organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be able to hit the ground running


Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
