Job Title: Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner- Orthopedic Spine Duration: 3+ years Location: Nellis AFB, NV 89191 Pay Rate: $50-55/hr on w2 without benefits Shift : 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday Job Description: Assess, diagnose, and manage pain-related conditions Perform procedures (e.g., trigger point injections, acupuncture) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients on pain management strategies Maintain thorough documentation and participate in clinical meetings Required Skills: Education: Master's in PA Studies (ARC-PA accredited) or MSN/DNP for NP Experience: 2+ years as a PA/NP within the last 3 years; pain management experience required Licensure: Active, unrestricted U.S. state license Certifications: NCCPA (PA) or AANP/ANCC (NP), BLS & ACLS (AHA) Skills: Pain pharmacotherapy, minor procedures (e.g., injections, dry needling), strong clinical judgment Preferred: Familiarity with military healthcare systems Experience in virtual health assessments and occupational health exams
