| 081210 instED-Business Development Position Summary: Reporting to the Vice Present, Business Development and Sales instED, the Sales Senior Manager this role is critical to instED's mission to deliver innovative, patient-centered care and exceed revenue targets. The Sales Senior Manager will drive strategic growth across new and existing markets, identifying and securing partnerships with payers, providers, ACOs, MIH programs, and other key stakeholders. This role leads the full sales cycle-from prospecting to contracting-and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include CRM development, campaign strategy, conference participation, and up to 40% travel to support market expansion. instED is transforming how urgent care is delivered by bringing high-quality services directly to patients' homes-reducing unnecessary Emergency Department visits and improving access to care. As healthcare systems face rising costs and limited capacity, instED offers a scalable solution that meets patients where they are. Supervision Exercised:

 Compensation Range/Target: $116,080 - $174,120 Commonwealth Care Alliance takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
