 Job Title: Service Administrator 
 Reports To: Operations Manager 
 Job Type: Full-Time / On-site 
 Pay Range: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour

 related skills, experience, applicable education or training and other relevant factors. 
 
 Position Overview: 
 This position is responsible for providing support services for the Operations Team and Shop personnel. 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
 
     
 Process work orders in ABC Oracle database. Process includes opening/closing work orders, identifying errors and providing support to correctAssist in production control and flow, including quality controlProvide support for customer reporting including producing daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic data reportingAnswer phones and provide customer service to clients and walk-insAssist in customer billingProvide assistance to the Office Manager in varied tasks including timekeeping, purchasing and maintaining office cleanliness and orderMiscellaneous office/clerical tasksEmbraces and promotes ABC's customer service philosophy
 
 
 Qualifications: 
 
     
 2-4 years in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive or production environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based programsDatabase experience, preferably Oracle, is highly desired but not requiredExperience in using office equipment, scanner, copier, fax, etc.Customer service background
