Concord, MA 01742 Department: Wheeler 5 Schedule: Full Time Shift: Day shift Hours: 7-330 Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary Interacts with physicians, staff, and pre-hospital personnel as well as patients and their family or significant others. Responsible for overall unit activity and efficiency and providing secretarial/clerical support to the department. Minimum Qualifications * Education o High school graduate required * Experience o Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required. o Medical terminology preferred. o Meditech experience preferred. * Licensure and/or Certification o NONE REQUIRED. * Skills o Interpersonal skills. o Telephone etiquette. o Organizational skills. o Data entry skills. o Ability to multitask. o Excellent customer service skills o Ability to read, write and communicate in English. o Strong computer skills. o Ability to maintain confidential information. | |
