Shift: 1st | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Must be available to work Saturdays if needed)

Pay: $17.00/hour (increases to $18.00/hour upon hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking process and ensuring all products meet customer and internal specifications.

• Operate and set up the Continuous Mixing Line and Pita Line to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and report repair needs to supervisors.
• Conduct tests and record data according to customer and internal specifications.
• Adjust equipment as necessary to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate records, including lot numbers for traceability.
• Ensure cleanliness by performing general housekeeping duties and equipment cleaning per food safety standards.
• Complete changeovers to prepare for the next product run.
• Follow all food and personnel safety protocols. Report any safety or food quality issues immediately.

• No jewelry, nail polish, buttons, or zippers.
• Proper attire includes steel-toe shoes, hairnets, and safety glasses (provided).
• Avoid loose-fitting clothes and shorts.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
