The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems and other fire protection systems, including sprinklers and special hazard equipment.    Install, inspect, and configure fire alarm systems and components in accordance with all safety and regulatory requirementsDiagnose, repair, and replace fire alarm system equipment as needed when new issues ariseAssist with Fire Marshal final inspections and system commissioningSupport preventive maintenance (PM) activities for special hazard, suppression, and sprinkler systemsParticipate in routine inspections and maintenance of portable and wheeled fire extinguishersAccurately complete service reports, inspection forms, and maintenance logs, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards What You'll Bring
 
  
   Minimum 3 years of experience in fire alarm system installation, maintenance, and service valid FAL and FEL licenses requiredRME and NICET certifications preferred but not requiredStrong proficiency in fire alarm installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with basic understanding of sprinkler and special hazard systemsFamiliarity with programming and configuration of fire alarm systems; Notifier certification preferredSolid knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 70, IFC, and IBC codesExcellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders Essential Physical Demands
