| What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Technician Productivity Program Manager to join our North America Service Operations Team. This role is pivotal in driving technician productivity by developing standardized time-capture processes, aligning reporting systems, and reducing service times for high-voltage battery (HVB) repairs. The ideal candidate will lead transformative initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.What You'll Do
 
  Develop and implement a standardized approach to capturing technician time across service operations within the first 6 months, ensuring consistency and accuracyOverhaul existing technician productivity reporting, including Business Intelligence (BI) tools and manager resources, to provide clear, actionable insightsDrive initiatives to achieve an average of 4 days in service for HVB repairs, optimizing workflows and resource allocationPartner with service field teams, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to align strategies and achieve shared goalsIdentify signal from noise in complex datasets to uncover opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencyChampion large-scale behavior change initiatives within the organization to foster a culture of productivity and accountabilityDeliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership and motivate system teams to drive adoption of new processes.Design and pilot new processes, track results, and iterate to implement solutions that enhance technician productivity and customer experienceWhat You'll Bring
 
  Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and derive actionable insights, with prior experience in data-driven decision-making. Experience with SQL a plus Demonstrated experience leading significant organizational or cultural change initiatives, with a track record of overcoming challenges in high-pressure environmentsExceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership, motivating teams, and addressing complex data inquiriesOpen to feedback, quick to learn new concepts, and humble enough to seek clarification when neededPrior experience managing cross-functional projects in automotive, manufacturing, or service-oriented industries, with familiarity with HVB systems or automotive service/parts flows a plusStrong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, complex environment.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trustWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support service operations and cross-functional initiativesCompensation and Benefits
