This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in mortgage lending with paid training, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential. * Compensation & Benefits:* * Base Salary: $30,576 annually * Year 1 Expected Earnings: $85,000-$125,000 (base + uncapped bonuses) * Bonus Structure: Tiered basis points based on funded loan volume * Benefits Include:Health, Dental, Vision * 401(k) * Paid licensing * Mentorship & career growth opportunities * Schedule & Location:* * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * On-site at: 1375 N Scottsdale Rd, Ste 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 * Responsibilities:* * Train under top-producing Mortgage Bankers * Apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching * Handle warm leads from multiple referral sources * Use CRM and loan origination systems * Deliver exceptional customer service * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentives * Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment * Requirements:* * SAFE licensing (company-paid) * Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles * Strong communication skills * Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented * No mortgage experience required - we train you! * Why Join Us?* * Paid training and licensing * Fast-track to Sr. Mortgage Banker (high six-figure potential) * Fun, competitive team culture * Company events, incentives, and recognition programs Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
