Schedules Available:

2nd shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday - Thursday

Weekend shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm, Friday - Sunday

Pa Rate: $26 - $29/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and troubleshoot tooling including progressive dies, stage tooling, and short-run temporary tooling.
  • Operate and set up coil handling equipment such as servo feeds, automatic straighteners, and cradle or reel unloaders.
  • Perform first and last piece inspections and ensure all safety devices are properly adjusted before production starts.
  • Monitor machine operations to identify product defects or malfunctions; perform basic maintenance and preventative care.
  • Set up and operate secondary manufacturing or assembly equipment (e.g., tapping, countersinking, riveting).
  • Inspect and measure finished products using precision instruments to verify quality and specifications.
  • Accurately complete production documentation and maintain organized work areas.
  • Train new employees on proper procedures and safety practices.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and maintain a safe, positive work environment.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience setting up progressive and/or stage tooling in mechanical punch presses (45-400 ton).
  • Proven ability to inspect products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
