Project Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting client operations by managing inventory, responding to customer and client communications, and ensuring timely execution of replenishment orders. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, this individual will troubleshoot system issues, run reports, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with precision and professionalism.

This position requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a background in logistics or warehousing.

This will be a hybrid based position in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and client emails within one business day, adhering to SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage inventory levels and place replenishment orders for assigned brands.
• Generate and analyze reports to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and client services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with custom technical systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
