Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Compliance Analyst to support ongoing projects and compliance initiatives within a retail-focused technology environment. This role will provide critical support for existing systems and help mature internal processes, with a strong emphasis on IT general controls and financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, a learning-oriented approach, and experience working closely with process owners to drive sustainable compliance practices. IT General Controls & Audit Experience Preferably from a Big Four firm or internal/external audit background Strong understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks 2. Retail Systems Knowledge Hands-on experience with SAP and Manhattan systems Ability to support retail operations and technology environments 3. Process Maturity & Collaboration Experience working with process owners to improve and build compliance processes Ability to go beyond issue identification to solution development Skills compliance management, controls design, security, audit, information security, Compliance, Risk management, Risk analysis, Risk assessment, It audit, It risk Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail industry environments Working knowledge of SAP and Manhattan systems (SAP experience is learnable if other qualifications are strong) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Local candidates preferred for long-term sustainability Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
