| Job Summary: The Print Production Analyst III manages print and mail projects with varying degrees of complexity, and executes through to accurate and timely completion, promptly reports issues and maintaining issue resolution. Essential Functions: 
 Act as subject matter expert in print, inventory management, and distribution; provide expertise to support large-scope organizational initiativesExecute projects through all phases of project lifecycle ensuring that all deliverables are metCollaborate with Marketing in direct support of the brand strategyMonitor and analyze daily reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; forecast future material needs, anticipate change, and plan for growthIdentify entire impact of compliance related materials and understand implications for changesResearch and identify the impact of material updates, in a commitment to excellence and qualityOwnership of highly regulated crosswalks; report timely updatesDevelop detailed instructions for the implementation of complex fulfillment projectsEnsure all regulatory requirements are adhered to in the distribution of materialsPartner with external vendors daily to maintain strong vendor relationshipsOversee inventoried materials and inventory reports to maintain required inventory levelsConduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting, pulling data from multiple sources, as requested by business partnersManage a significant yearly budget; identify cost savings opportunities by obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and making recommendationsServe as designee for resolving issues related to new member kits and ID cards, in collaboration with Enrollment and ITPerform any other job related instructions as requested Education and Experience: 
 Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredMinimum of five (5) years of purchasing and project management experience in printing and fulfillment is requiredMinimum of three (3) years of automated mailing, information system integration and experience with system files for print and mail service is required Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointStrong knowledge of inventory management systems and web to print solutionsKnowledge of print methodologies, postal regulations and requirementsAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teamsExceptional project management and process skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective listening and critical thinking skillsStrong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalismAbility to work independently and within a team environmentExceptional ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goalsAbility to exercise independent judgment to successfully accomplish goals with a sense of urgencyExtensive experience working on multiple projectsEffective problem solving skills and decision making with a close attention to detailStrong customer service focusExtensive experience with large scope, and high priority projects that impact the entire organization Licensure and Certification: Working Conditions: 
 General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Compensation Range:$61,500.00 - $98,400.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
