What to Expect This is an opportunity to work in the Cell Qualification and R&D group, which is responsible for testing and qualifying Tesla's next-generation Li-ion battery cells and developing new cell test methods. We are looking for a Test Technician to join our Gigafactory Nevada Cell Characterization Lab and lead day-to-day test executions. What You'll Do Operate battery test equipment to perform routine laboratory cell level testing, including electrical characterization (cycle life, calendar life and performance characterization, etc.), dimensional inspections and mechanical tests Manage and organize battery cell test samples through their entire life cycle.
