FULL SUMMARY The Heavy Rents Return 2 Ready Specialist is responsible for inspecting and repairing the rental fleet according to Western States' standards in order to meet or exceed the client's needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to TA-1 inspections, advanced level diagnosis, minor repair and maintenance on Heavy Rents rental fleet with an extreme focus on fleet Return to Ready status. Assists in the organization of Heavy Rents inventory, check out inspections, monitoring the Heavy Rents Call Off List and Dashboard to prioritize work load. Must be able to manage time and priorities to cover a large territory to include significant road time and nights out of town.
