Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
Reports to: Salesforce Architect
Compensation: Competitive base + benefits


Build scalable systems that power revenue growth

Togetherwork is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimize and expand our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with the Salesforce Architect and Revenue Operations leadership to design, implement, and maintain solutions that enable go-to-market teams and deliver measurable business impact.

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a Salesforce professional who thrives in dynamic SaaS environments, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and is passionate about building tools that drive growth.


What you'll do


  • Partner with the Salesforce Architect to maintain, enhance, and scale Togetherwork's Salesforce org and adjacent tech stack.



  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration for 300+ users, including troubleshooting, user management, and system optimization.



  • Scope, design, and execute Salesforce enhancements-from minor configuration changes to large cross-functional initiatives-aligned with business goals.



  • Lead the internal Salesforce support queue, triaging and resolving end-user requests efficiently.



  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.



  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation for new integrations, automations, and process improvements.



  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability through audits, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.



  • Analyze system performance and data flow to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.



  • Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to prioritize and deliver Salesforce projects on time and within scope.




What you bring


  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a SaaS environment.



  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Platform Administrator I and II preferred.



  • 2+ years of experience working with marketing automation tools integrated with Salesforce (HubSpot preferred).



  • 2+ years of experience with GTM tools such as Qualified, Outreach, or Salesloft.



  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, and integration tools.



  • Working knowledge of SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, or Apex (preferred).



  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.



  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
