      | Duties & Responsibilities | 
        Maintains anadequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils.
Operatesindustrial dish machine according to protocol.
Deliverssanitized plates and silverware to various locations as needed.
Maintains aclean work area throughout entire shift.
Cleans machineduring each shift, including exterior of machine.
Collects dirtydishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanitization room
 for sanitizing.
Assists withthe busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union.
 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
        Skill in usingcleaning products and equipment.
Knowledge ofcleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.
 Physical Requirements: 
        Ability totransport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs.
