As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience by working with a dedicated group of top professionals who will share their wealth of knowledge and experience. An intern for the Management Consulting Services Practice will be involved in a discipline that combines technology, finance, and operations to create holistic business solutions for clients.

Duration: June 1, 2026 - August 17, 2026
Schedule: 32-40 hours/week
On-site Days: Tuesday through Thursday
Locations: Columbia, MD; Tysons Corner, VA; New York City, NY; East Brunswick, NJ
Extension Opportunity: Possible based on performance and project needs

Internship Overview

Join our dynamic consulting team for a hands-on summer internship focused on solving complex business challenges and driving strategic transformation. As an intern, you'll contribute to both client-facing engagements and internal initiatives that shape the future of our firm.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support client projects involving process assessments, organizational transformation, and IT modernization
  • Assist in developing internal assets such as sales tools, project templates, delivery frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for portfolio management and product line expansion
  • Contribute to marketing and brand development initiatives
