Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. * Set up machines for various job runs * Assist Machine Operator's with set-up of machines for various job runs. * Identify proper tool set required for the job * Install and adjust tool set and guides until desired output results are achieved * Use calipers and measuring tools to ensure results are within acceptable margins * Use math to calculate results down to the thousandth decimal place * Use learned judgment and experience to give advice on tool adjustment as needed * Help to provide or seek appropriate solutions when production issues arise; follow up to ensure resolution. * Train and coach new hires on job responsibilities, safety, work practices, etc. Machine Operator I Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. * Following work instructions, operate assigned machines to process material until desired outcome achieved * Inspect material within specified tolerances * Use hand tools and calipers to measure product * Track and log job operations * Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking Benefits *Benefits are available for Team Member and eligible family/dependents.
