SEI's Asset Management team has an immediate opening for a Lead of our Integration initiatives. This individual will be responsible to lead a team in defining the market-solution technology strategy, developing and enhancing existing solutions, managing the launch of new products, developing competitive intelligence and overseeing product pricing. Additionally, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for defining new service offerings, managing product roadmaps, and supporting EVA and other corporate initiatives. The position will interact with prospects and clients, Sales Teams, SPTC Middle & Back Office teams, vendors, and internal/external Technical Development teams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead integration efforts for new and transitioning clients, ensuring data accuracy and system compatibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Technology, Transition) to align integration strategies with business goals.
  • Manage third-party partner integrations, including technical onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations related to data and system integration issues.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of integration workflows and documentation.
  • Support strategic planning and scaling initiatives for SEI advisors and intermediary solutions.
  • Own existing integrations to optimize patterns, delivery, and projects related to prospect and client needs.
  • Lead the large transition projects related to data & integration needs for new enterprise firm onboarding.

What you bring to the table:

  • BA/BS degree in related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience
  • A minimum of 10 years industry related experience with management experience
  • Experience in the asset management industry across RIA, Broker-Dealer, Banks and Institutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results
  • Experience in technical product management with strong writing ability
  • Proven leadership ability
  • An ability to set appropriate outcomes, measure those outcomes, and be accountable to delivery
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
