| Talent Programs Content Editor
 This is a 4-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role located within 100 miles of the CUL, CUP, or NYC office (11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001).
 Summary
 We are seeking a skilled Content Editor to partner with the Talent Programs team in refining and polishing career frameworks. The role ensures career progression materials are clear, concise, and user-friendly, supporting employees' understanding of growth opportunities across the organization.
 Our Ideal Candidate 
 
 
 
 5+ years of experience in copy editing, content development, or related fields 
 Passion for talent development, organizational development, or human resources with a strong foundation in editing and content strategy 
 Proficient in style guides, editorial standards, and content review processes 
 Familiar with career framework concepts and employee development terminology 
 Skilled in collaborating with program managers, talent teams, and cross-functional stakeholders 
 Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
 Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders 
 Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail 
 Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving content challenges 
 
 Job Description
 In this role, you will edit and refine career framework content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the company's voice and editorial standards. You'll partner with the Talent Program Manager to review drafts, incorporate feedback, and provide recommendations for improving flow, structure, and readability.
 Responsibilities include: 
 
 
 
 Editing career framework drafts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and clarity 
 Consulting on style and tone to maintain consistency across content 
 Suggesting improvements to enhance readability and overall user experience 
 Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables 
 
 You will also help maintain ongoing content updates and support the Talent Programs team in delivering clear, effective, and user-friendly materials for employees. Education and Experience 
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 
 Background in editing, content development, organizational development, or talent programs preferred 
 Experience with career frameworks or employee development content is a plus

 Remote work, but must be located within 100 miles of the CUL, CUP, or NYC office 
 Pay Rate: CUL: $47.43/hr, CUP: $52.99/hr, NYC: $52.37/hr
