     | Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Department Administrator for the Entry to Baccalaureate Practice (
       EBP) program within the School of Nursing. This key independent position, reporting directly to the Associate Dean of the Division of Entry to Practice, provides administrative support to the Associate Dean by organizing, coordinating, and supervising daily operations within the Division of Entry to Practice, School of Nursing.
       
 Among the key duties of the position are the following:
 
       
 Develops and manages Division budget, administrative guidelines and procedures.Supervises the work of the Division's administrative assistant.Collects, gathers and analyzes Division and programmatic data.Summarizes data/statistics and prepares annual University-level reports regarding Division goals and benchmark outcomes.Collaborates with faculty and other divisional deans to determines faculty teaching assignments. Serves as a liaison between Division of Entry to Practice and other departments and divisions within the University.Performs functions under general supervision with few direct instructions.

     | Minimum Education and Experience | 
       
 Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years relevant experience in an administrative function or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of office administration, work organization, coordination, facilitation, bookkeeping, and/or report writing principles and practices.
