Head Womens Soccer Coach ID: 2025-2179 Category: Athletic Department Type: FLSA Status: Exempt Benefit Eligible: Benefit Eligible Location: St. Paul, Minnesota Office Location: 3900 Job Summary The Head Women's Soccer Coach oversees all aspects of the Women's Soccer team. This position is responsible for strategy development, practice and game scheduling, player management and team success while representing Bethel University in a Christ-like manner. This position is also responsible for an auxiliary role in the athletic department. Responsibilities Coaching and Development - 30%
Recruitment - 25%
Auxiliary role in the Athletic Department as assigned by the Athletic Director. - 20% Manages Program Logistics - 15%
Operational Management - 10%

Additional Information Travel: This position requires frequent local travel and some regional and national travel. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. Expected Hours of Work: Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
