As a privately held, customer-focused company rooted in Monroe, WI, we're looking for a Product Assistant to join our Hardgoods Division and help shape the future of our product assortments.

What You'll Do:
As a Product Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Merchandising and Sourcing teams throughout the product lifecycle. You'll help bring products to life-from setup and testing to catalog readiness-while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product & Vendor Data Management:
Ensure accurate product setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems and teams.
* Sample Coordination:
Manage sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation.
* Catalog & Web Preparation:
Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands.
* Calendar & Process Management:
Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We're looking for a detail-oriented, adaptable team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring:
* Business-related experience or internship in merchandising, marketing, or operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
