| Job Summary Collaborates with other railroads and internal business partners to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution of interline payables and receivables.  Analyzes and resolves issues related to billing discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and seeks long-term solutions to repetitive problems.  Supports technology projects and process improvement initatives.  This role requires detail orientation as well as strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Primary Activities and Responsibilities 
 Interact with internal departments as well as other railroads to research and resolve interline revenue waybill disputes ensuring settlement within time limits.Review invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy.Issue revenue waybill corrections with proficient knowledge of pricing shipment conditions, car tracing, customer invoice disputes, and electronic data interchange (EDI) messaging.Identify process improvements for billing and collections issues. Collaborate with management team, other business partners, and Technology to resolve, improve, test, and implement solutions. Maintain composure when tackling new tasks, when dealing with ambiguity, and when faced with periods of high workload.Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager. Minimum Qualifications 
 Associate Degree/2-year Degree1 or more years of experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Customer Service Operations, Receivables, Billing, or related field Equivalent Qualifications 
 High school diploma or GED3 or more years of experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Customer Service Operations, Receivables, Billing, or related field
 Preferred Qualifications 
 Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree3 or more years of experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Customer Service Operations, Receivables, Billing, or related field 1 or more years of railroad experience Knowledge and Skills
