Business Unit Manager (f/m/d) Energy & Solutions Projects - Division I&I

• Define and execute the global strategic direction of the Business Unit in alignment with divisional leadership, identifying necessary transformation initiatives to drive growth and internationalization
• Lead global business lines (e.g., Renewables, Nuclear) and collaborate with regional I&I teams to leverage market opportunities and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
• Advance and innovate the product & service portfolio, ensuring global compliance with quality standards and integrating industry trends and digital solutions
• Manage the full M&A lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to post-deal integration, ensuring strategic alignment, operational continuity, and long-term value creation
• Own the Business Unit's P&L, including budgeting and resource allocation, while driving digitalization and process optimization for operational excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing international team, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to ensure successful execution of business objectives
• Steer large-scale international projects and collaborate with global/divisional functions (e.g., Digital Hub, GSM, S&I), representing the company internally and externally as a strategic role model

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of management experience; postgraduate studies in Business highly preferred
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable industry or sector, with a strong track record of driving growth and delivering results
• Strategic mindset and business acumen, combined with strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with experience influencing strategic decisions at divisional level
• Financial literacy and budget management expertise, including full P&L responsibility and resource allocation
• Global team leadership experience, managing multicultural teams and collaborating with government and accreditation bodies across countries
• Fluency in English, with adaptability to dynamic environments and a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
