 Your Tasks
 
 
  
 Define and execute the global strategic direction of the Business Unit in alignment with divisional leadership, identifying necessary transformation initiatives to drive growth and internationalizationLead global business lines (e.g., Renewables, Nuclear) and collaborate with regional I&I teams to leverage market opportunities and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiativesAdvance and innovate the product & service portfolio, ensuring global compliance with quality standards and integrating industry trends and digital solutionsManage the full M&A lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to post-deal integration, ensuring strategic alignment, operational continuity, and long-term value creationOwn the Business Unit's P&L, including budgeting and resource allocation, while driving digitalization and process optimization for operational excellenceBuild and lead a high-performing international team, providing strategic guidance and mentoring to ensure successful execution of business objectivesSteer large-scale international projects and collaborate with global/divisional functions (e.g., Digital Hub, GSM, S&I), representing the company internally and externally as a strategic role model
 Your Qualifications
 
 
  
 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of management experience; postgraduate studies in Business highly preferredProven leadership experience in a comparable industry or sector, with a strong track record of driving growth and delivering resultsStrategic mindset and business acumen, combined with strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with experience influencing strategic decisions at divisional levelFinancial literacy and budget management expertise, including full P&L responsibility and resource allocationGlobal team leadership experience, managing multicultural teams and collaborating with government and accreditation bodies across countriesFluency in English, with adaptability to dynamic environments and a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
