Coke Florida is searching for a Director/Sr. Director, CPG Customer & Commercial Facing Technology based out of Florida (preferably our Tampa HQ area office), working Monday - Thursday.



What You Will Do:
A Director of IT Infrastructure Cyber and Operations Technology is responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of technology solutions for the company's Infrastructure operations, including employee service desk/support and cybersecurity This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level software, integrating various systems, and driving continuous improvement in IT Infrastructure processes across the enterprise. This involves leading a team, partnering with various departments, and leveraging technology to enhance business operations, improve productivity, and optimize execution. This leader manages teams, budgets, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards and needs to operate this tower as a business.



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement the foundational infrastructure technology strategy and associated roadmaps supporting the business operations, aligning it with overall business goals. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level system software, including network, compute, storage, cloud, collaboration systems, cyber, service, mobile devices, associated automation tools, and analytics solutions. Also, responsible for ensuring that the architecture for the enterprise supports the aforementioned capabilities/services.


  • Drive adoption and effective use of infrastructure technology to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Design and execute adoption programs and leverage data-driven insights to enhance associate/customer productivity, experiences, and revenue growth.


  • Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR, HIPAA).


  • In partnership with IT leadership, establish KPIs and performance metrics, generate reports and dashboards for insights, and monitor market trends.


  • Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure and operations team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, data-driven culture, and attract, train, and retain the best talent.


  • Develop and implement disaster recovery in support of business continuity plans to ensure system availability during emergencies, conducting regular testing and updates of recovery.


  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technology projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.


  • Drive continuous improvement in technology systems processes and methodologies, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Analyze and streamline Operations processes and implement best practices with the goals of improving productivity and key measurable outcomes.


  • Ensure that all technology solutions and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.


  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, supply chain and logistics, enterprise data, holding company organizations, executive leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.


  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure technologies recommending and implementing innovative solutions.


  • Generate reports and dashboards for insights, performance, and operations.



For this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science) is required, with a master's degree preferred.


  • 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and Operations. Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG)/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry a plus.


  • Proven track record in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service operations and associated technology strategies. Strong understanding of corporate business processes, as well as experience with relevant technologies, including infrastructure support of cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Warehouse Management systems and the full Cyber suite. Similarly, integration with Data, AI, and analytics solutions.


  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Silver Peak, Microsoft Office Suite (365), plus Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, Amazon Connect. ITIL and ITSM processes, tools and technologies (e.g. ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Planview). Coca-Cola CONA systems, SAP, Salesforce.com systems are a plus.


  • Proven experience in leading and managing technology teams, performance management, mentoring, and development. Familiarity with digital transformation. Experience in a BPO environment.


  • Previous project management experience including planning, execution, and risk management.


  • Competency in managing IT budgets, analyzing spending, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work collaboratively.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

  • Experience with AI and infrastructure requirements for enterprise AI systems
