Sales Enablement Internship is an exciting opportunity to work with a data driven sales team to help implement sales strategies, training, and growth initiatives. As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will support the sales team by equipping them with the resources, tools, and knowledge necessary to drive revenue growth and enhanced customer engagement. This role offers exposure to sales and business leaders across multiple operating companies across the US. You will partner closely with the Marketing, Learning and Development, and Sales Operations teams.

This position will sit in our Charleston, SC office and have a 3 day in office hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:



  • Contribute to the creation and management of sales playbooks, guides, and best practices.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and organizing sales resources.
  • Regularly review sales analytics to communicate the status of growth initiatives and provide recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales representatives by coordinating training sessions and distributing resources.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
  • Complete a summer capstone project presenting to Sonepar leaders on key value driving activities and projects you worked on during your internship



What you will bring to this opportunity:



  • Rising Junior/Senior currently enrolled at a 4-year university majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • GPA: 3.2or higher
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrated through group projects or extracurricular activities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Great work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
