  Territory Operations Manager EI 
  
  
  
  Your main responsibilities
    
    
      
      - Drive accountability within designated territory to ensure process compliance
-  Ensure effective cost management across all districts focusing on labor, material, and expense management.
-  Take an active leadership role in the overall safety culture of the territory with regards to both employee and public safety by partnering closely with Territory FQE/Safety leadership (Job Quality/Safety site activities, Safety Committee engagement)..
- Conduct Maintenance Quality Walks to measure the quality of maintenance performed and provide coaching and support to technicians.
- Mentor EI Field Superintendents and technicians to ensure proper training and development of talent within the territory.
- Develop and implement service management strategies with a strong emphasis on fulfillment, operational excellence, efficiency improvement and route planning.
- Champion connectivity efforts by becoming a Schindler Ahead product expert and holding territory accountable for proactively connecting the portfolio.
- Provide expert technical knowledge for all projects requiring additional oversight or intervention.
- Facilitate the integration of new systems (SHAPE) within Territory.
- Onboard and train new EI Field Superintendents; responsible for ongoing development & training for EI Field Superintendents and technicians.
- Meet or Exceed KPI's
     
 
What you bring
    
    
      
      - Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- Other Qualifications:
- 5+ years elevator industry experience
- Prior experience leading a team in a technical environment
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft-based computer software
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
