* Gain exposure to the environmental assessment and CRE construction risk review processes and understand how findings impact loan decisions.

* Attend team meetings to observe cross-functional collaboration and decision making

Special Assets Group (SAG) Rotation:

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:

* Exposure to end-to-end commercial credit lifecycle, from origination to resolution

* Hands-on experience using Moody's CreditLens for spreading and risk grading

* Opportunity to attend Credit Committee meetings and observe executive decision-making

* Understanding of how appraisal values, LTVs, and market data influence underwriting and portfolio risk

* Development of professional skills in data management, communication, and project coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tools (Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or Smartsheet) is a plus

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Interest in financial services, credit risk, or project management
