This role utilizes effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a qualified and diverse pool of Corporate Candidates, develops and executes a staffing plan for individual requisitions, and maintains a high touch Candidate Experience. This Recruiter typically recruits a broad range of professional positions but may specialize in sub-functional areas such as campus, contract, military, field, or technical recruiting.   Collaborate with strategic partners to develop effective and efficient recruiting strategies for specific roles to identify, evaluate, and select the best talent possibleScreening, assessing, and conducting interviews with candidates for job fit and skills, level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations.Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goalsPartner with HRBP's and Compensation to craft, present, and negotiate employment offers, including complex compensation componentsEstablish partnerships with Sourcing, Pipelines, Programs and other teams to proactively build pipelines to meet hiring demandsEffectively utilize Talent Acquisition tools to create efficiencies and improve productivityRepresent Southwest at job fairs and industry specific events by strategizing attendance schedules, setting up and tearing down, and preparing presentations in order to build a positive brand and source CandidatesAdvise others on career or personal developmentCoach and advise individual contributors on the development of competencies and skills needed to achieve Employee needs and future aspirationsInterpret and explain Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulationsMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
