Job Summary:
This Custodian Lead position is a team member of the Wisconsin Union -Facilities Custodian Team. Lead worker duties that include assisting in training new employees, inspect progress and quality of building services. Basic duties include routine maintenance and cleaning, trash removal, and snow removal. Other duties will be assigned as needed. Work is performed under the guidance of a Custodial Services Supervisor. -Shift Hours are 10:30pm - 7am (3rd Shift), days of week worked will rotate. 40 hours per week. -At UW-Madison- Memorial Union. (800 Langdon Street, Madison, WI 53706) -Work will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Key Job Responsibilities:
Wisconsin Union - Memorial Union Compensation:$18.36 per hour -Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked (6pm-6am). -Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked. -Plus Time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated legal holidays.
