Crisis24-PSG is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and oversee day-to-day operations of multiple high performing executive protection, residential security and corporate security teams in a dynamic domestic environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in protective services, team coordination, and client-facing operations. As the operational lead, you will ensure the effective execution of protective services, team readiness, and client satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:


Team Leadership & Coordination



  • Supervise and support a team of 10-15 Executive Protection Agents, ensuring daily operational efficiency and adherence to protocols.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for the client, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to support team performance and service delivery.


Operational Support



  • Manage scheduling, personnel assignments, and resource deployment to meet client needs.
  • Monitor security systems across assigned properties, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Ensure team compliance with licensing, regulatory, and internal standards.


Client & Stakeholder Engagement



  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts, property management, and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with staff and stakeholders to align security priorities.
  • Collaborate with intelligence, investigations, and law enforcement partners to support threat mitigation efforts.


Incident Response & Risk Management



  • Support incident response efforts, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
  • Provide operational input to enhance the client's security posture.



Qualifications & Experience



  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating protective operations or security teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and support teams while maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a security or protective services environment.
  • Familiarity with coordinating domestic /International Executive Protection support, as well as Residential and Commercial security operations.
  • Valid California BSIS Guard Card, U.S. Passport, and Driver's License required.
  • CPR certification, LEOSA permit, or CCW preferred.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement, military, ERT, or executive protection is a plus.
