| ANALYGENCE has an immediate opportunity for a Workflow Manager to join our team supporting the Air Force. Position supports full time onsite. The Workflow Manager is responsible to provide guidance and assistance on correspondence preparation for the Air Force/Surgeon General (AF/SG). In addition, the Workflow Manager will receive, control, distribute and prioritize the correspondence, as appropriate, related to the Secretary of the Air Force (SECAF), Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF), Under Secretary of the Air Force, Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force. The Workflow Manager will also serve as correspondence control and task liaison between the Headquarters Office of the Air Force (HQ USAF), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for Health Affairs, Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Joint Action Control Office (JACO). Additional responsibilities include: 
 
 
 Receive, control, prioritize and manage all AF/SG tasks requiring action or coordination and submit via Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) or Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET).Screen tasks for clarity and completeness, and communicate with external tasking agencies about tasks, task suspense's, extensions, and workflow as needed. Serve as a point of contact (POC) for requests on the status of specific tasks in execution.Enter tasks with a workflow management distribution and tracking software program and track for timeliness and appropriate coordination.Provide administrative, general clerical, technical and documentation support including checking documents for proper format, grammar and spelling, providing content analysis, finalizing presentation for printing and signature, and distribution of completed products via printed or electronic formatsCoordinate and actively manage workflow activities so tasks are accomplished within the due date provided by the Government.Maintain and utilize an electronic archiving system to catalog completed tasks and research/retrieve previously completed task responsesIncorporate, de-conflict and disseminate changes in workflow and publication guidance from higher headquarters to all levels of the organization to ensure proper implementation.Maintain an Action Officer (AO) guide on the Air Force Medical System (AFMS) Knowledge Exchange (Kx)Participate in development of and provide formal monthly classroom and laboratory training, just-in-time training and hands-on assistance to all levels of workflow coordinators and AOs to facilitate accurate and on-time task completion.Assist in developing and aligning business and execution plans with the organizational operating business strategy to achieve maximum results based on the assessment of needs and existing policies, plans, and guidance.Support formal planning processes at an enterprise level. Ensure integration and interoperability of plans and programs where they meet.Provide day-to-day operational support and subject matter expertise for correspondence management and preparation within AF/SG.Plan, schedule and structure employee assignments to create effective and economical solutions.Analyze and evaluate measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and organizational productivity.Develop solutions and provide advice to Director, SG Executive Services to resolve significant issues and problems related to work accomplishment.Assess and revise policies and procedures to find ways to improve quality, timeliness and efficiency of work.The Workflow Manager will be familiar with task management software which is comprised of a set of online software tools consisting of:

 Active Secret security clearance is required.Bachelor's degree in science, arts or related field and/or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in task management or similar career fieldSkills in workflow task quality, capacity management, computer, and associated software skills to perform Workflow Manager duties.Previous work experience at an Air Staff level.Ability to remain current on technologies and regulations associated with the contract.Ability to mentor team members and interact at all levels.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools. |
