We have an exciting Receiving Associate opportunity in our Guymon office. The MRO Receiving Dock Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing mechanical parts, PPE, and supplies for a high-volume food processing facility. This role supports timely and accurate receipt and inventory management, contributing to operational efficiency and safety.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks for material handling.
• Use ERP systems and scan guns to process receipts and manage inventory.
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe receiving dock and warehouse area. (5S Methodology)
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure accurate receipt of delivered goods.
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry and documentation.
• Adhere to all FSQA, GMP and workplace safety policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred. • High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., M3, SAP, JDE) and scan gun technology preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus,
• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to hot, cold, and humid conditions. The employee may work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; risk of electrical shock and vibration may exist. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, requiring hearing protection in all protected areas.
