The Coordinator, Brand Communications contributes to the Brand, Communications & Marketing efforts of First Tee. This role will be responsible for coordinating integrated communications efforts, with an emphasis on content development. This position requires an understanding of content strategy and development and will report to the Director of Brand Communications & Services, while collaborating with representatives from all business areas of First Tee, as well as key partners including our chapters, partners, trustees and the PGA TOUR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Experience in content creation, such as website content, news articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.

  • Preferred experience with technology tools such as Mailchimp/Constant Contact, Sprout Social, Jira, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, SalesForce and PhotoShelter.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage time demands and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Draft and distribute newsletters for external audiences including parents, donors, teachers, alumni, partners and more.

  • Assist with development and execution of content, gathering assets - photos & videos, develop stories and bios, drafting social content and more.

  • Assist with Headquarters & Chapter brand, creative & marketing requests, while maintaining brand identity on projects, such as creative needs, photoshoots, and more.

  • Serve as back up on social media, including drafting, posting and engaging with content when needed.

  • Managing Salesforce Cases, responding to questions and directing to resources.

  • Coordinate chapter toolkits for brand communication opportunities, gathering assets, and ensuring they are packaged appropriately for the chapter intranet.

  • Manage PhotoShelter, organizing folders, file system, tagging and serving as HQ go-to for PhotoShelter.

  • Under the direction of the Director of Brand Communications & Services, coordinate surveys for external audiences
