  Develop and implement tactics to execute HR strategies that achieve the overall business goals as part of the campus HR teamHR NES SPA to actively implement proactive measures to create a union avoidance environment, including fostering positive employee relations, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring open communicationPositive employee relations to build and enhance an environment in which employees are actively and willingly engaged in helping improve the businessEngage in HR policies, procedures and handbook administration, for employees and contractors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policyMaintain and support merit planning, certifications, trainer pay and related processesManage HR compliance (ASAT) including auditing and reportingMaintain HR Metrics for headcount, attendance, attrition, and other business metricsTime & attendance and payroll system SPA - liaison for programming, assign time & attendance security, time & attendance monitoring and reportingManage monthly attendance records and relation communicationsHR Medical SPA and liaison to workplace health including annual medical testing processes, worker's compensation assistance, and return to work/accommodationsLead personal medical accommodation review processMaintain physical demand analysis for each roleManage FMLA and internal processes and reportingServe as local benefits coordinator for health benefits and retirement plansPerform duties in a safe and efficient manner, maintain high attendance recordQualifications
 
 Basic Qualifications:  
  Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution1+ years of experience responsible for payroll or compliance activities, and customer or employee relationsEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications:
