As a member of the Diversified Markets (DM) business unit, the Sales Executive will lead sales efforts focused into strategic named accounts. The individual will be responsible for hitting new sales targets and working with their Sales Director, the VP of Sales, Vertical Leadership and the Diversified Markets Product and Marketing Teams to develop and execute on a strategic plan to uncover new sales opportunities, close on existing opportunities, and build high level relationships.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experienceselling information-based services to enterprise B2B clients (Real Estate / Property Technology experience is ideal).
  • Experience within and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry specifically as it relates to their Membership associations & technology solutions.
  • Manage and drive pipeline through the sales opportunity lifecycle: pipeline generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation and deal close with an emphasis on demonstrating value and ROI
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and modern sales enablement platforms, including AI-enhanced tools for prospecting and engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in experience

Impact You'll Make:

  • In this role, you will engage in prospecting activities including outbound communications, in-person meetings, and attending trade shows & conferences to create revenue generating opportunities.

  • Own your vertical market and develop and execute a territory plan to prioritize your focus on high-potential prospects. Develop Account Plans for the top targets.

  • Manage and drive existing pipeline through the sales opportunity lifecycle: pipeline generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation and deal close with an emphasis on demonstrating value and ROI.

  • In the pursuit of new sales opportunities, you will leverage and partner with our Solutions and Lines of Business colleagues to ensure Voice of Customer and product innovation.

  • Promote communication, team building, personal development, customer directed innovation and other traits to project and strengthen the culture of the company

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
