Your Solution Partner.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new business opportunities and establishing an aggressive growth strategy for our Systems product lines for defense and industrial markets.

What You Will Do:



  • Lead and mentor internal team and external representatives to develop winning proposal and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development to enhance customer offerings.
  • Represent Elma at trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Provide technical and pricing support to reps and customers.
  • Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.


What You Bring:



  • Proven success in technical sales within the electronics industry.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and customer influence strategies.
  • Familiarity with the defense industry and its key players.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Dynamics


Qualifications:



  • BS in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10 years of experience in a project-driven business environment
