Gemini is looking for an experienced Software and Data Developer to join the team! This position is responsible for developing and modernizing our digital and ERP platforms, helping to create seamless, innovative web experiences that connect our business systems and enhance operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and document technical solutions and integrations that support key business initiatives. You will help drive the modernization of our ERP environment by building scalable integrations between our IBMi-based ERP and web-based applications. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing systems; managing integrations and platform stability; and supporting ongoing company initiatives that span multiple departments. As a key member of our Digital & IT team, you'll work within a Scrum-based Agile process and follow structured change management practices to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
