Bilingual Assistant Branch Manager (Staffing Industry) - Chambersburg, PA
FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH! Job Summary The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for all branch functions (recruiting, onboarding, orientations). This role oversees payroll and reporting activities to ensure branch profitability. The Operations Manager is actively filling orders and delivering on the company's value proposition in addition to leading, coaching, and developing a team of Branch employees.
